Human Life.  The uniquely Christian concept that human life is a precious gift from God is a critical part of our society’s foundation.  Our Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are both built upon this unique Christian belief.  It is the genesis of the “Consent of the Governed” being expressed by honest elections and our Bill of Rights. Anyone attacking human life, conception to unassisted death, is playing god. It is a dangerously small step from killing the unborn to killing the infirm as endorsed by Obama.  Playing god includes fraudulent elections, an attack on human life by destroying the God given right of “Consent of the Governed”.  Vote fraud committed by foreign countries is an act of war.  Americans that participate in such an attack have thus committed Treason.

Another critical facet of the value of human life is that anyone who is mentally ill needs professional care.  They do not need to be lied to about their condition by being told they are “normal”.  They know they are not “normal”.  Our society is painfully re-learning that the mentally ill should not be in positions of leadership because bad decisions result.

The Demented Marxists (DM) know they are the MINORITY that stole the recent election from the MAJORITY, so they need fences and a military purged of conservative thinkers.  This week they will attempt to impeach a man from an office he won but no longer holds, “Impeachment for Giggles II, the sequel”.  The actual impeachment will be of the DMs who will be revealed by their votes as mentally ill, traitors, or both.  “Movie night” for the DMs –designer ice cream watching the Chumps being put into their place as peasants to the Global Elites/Deep State.

DM propaganda is shouting that Biden-Harris is a return to “normal”.  This is not “normal”, it is a coup replacing a free, capitalistic society with Marxism.  Mike Lindell, the founder of My Pillow, who the media is attempting to destroy launched his counter-attack called “Absolute Truth”, a two-hour video that summarizes some of the facts about the Stolen Election.  Watch it.

Consent of the governed is important.  Stolen elections mean no consent. There are now three states that have passed legislation that allows that state to ignore Executive Orders and Federal legislation they decide are unconstitutional.  Biden-Harris, our faux administration, and DM control of Congress has existed for two weeks but managed to damage the USA as if it has been two years.

1. China has sent their official demands to Biden-Harris and been given the following gifts –
   1. Keystone Pipe Line canceled – Now Canada will have to sell its oil to China and Soros will benefit financially. Icing on the cake for China – the USA becomes energy dependent on the middle east and thus economically weaker. Plus higher gasoline prices will damage the average American consumer thus damaging the USA economy.  Count this a triple win for Biden’s CCP partners.
   2. Paris Accords – China is not covered by this agreement which also causes immense damage to the USA economy thus weakening us vs. the Chinese by condemning us to an unreliable and extremely expensive source of energy – renewables. Think Germany.  Count this a huge win for Biden’s CCP partners.
   3. Chinese Advocate appointed to the UN – This gives China a blank check. Huge.
   4. IMF Bailout by American Taxpayers – so the IMF can relieve China of $2 Trillion in bad loans.
   5. Universal Income – To collapse the economy of the USA with income taxes in excess of 50% for EVERYONE or rampant inflation – or better both.
2. Cancel Culture on Steroids –
   1. Every media company associated with conservative thought and values has been censored by the unholy alliance of Facebook, Amazon, Google, Apple, and Twitter. Free Speech – a quaint idea that is no longer tolerated by DM.  Exit them.  Subscribe to Epoch Times, WND, Red State.
   2. Trump Supporters – Attorneys in Michigan that represented Trump are facing disbarment, former Trump staff are being sued or banned from employment, and DM leaders such as Pelosi, AOC, and Hilary are openly suggesting forcing Trump supporters into Re-Education Camp. Domestic Terrorists is the code word for Trump Supporters, especially whites.
3. Politicization of the USA Military – When I traveled Virginia handing out “Remember Benghazi” bumper stickers, I was consistently approached by middle aged men who had been cycled out of the military because they answered “No” when at their re-enlistment interview they were asked if they were prepared to fire their weapons at fellow Americans if ordered to do so. Now, the new Defense Secretary has ordered a 60 day “stand down” so that our military can undergo a cleansing of white supremacists.
4. Critical Race Theory – The cliff note version of this venom is that all white people are racist and must be punished. Please see the “Politicization of the USA Military above.”
5. Modern Monetary Theory – This is nonsense masquerading as economic gospel among the DMs who think that the amount of government debt compared to GDP does not matter. Spend as much as you want!  In fact, the result is the destruction of capitalism which leads to the misallocation of resources with the ripple effects of hyperinflation (devaluation of the currency).  The USA has been the Hegemon for almost 100 years which gives the USA Dollar an advantage in the global economy.  China lusts to become the Hegemon because otherwise they face severe economic reckoning due to their massive debt.  Their business partners are Biden and Harris.
6. Marjorie Greene, a Republican Representative from Georgia, was stripped of her committee assignments by the DMs that control the House of Representatives because of her Non-PC statements. Of course, the DM’s ignored the illegal activities of The Squad, and Eric Swalwell of California mistress was a Chinese spy, and Senator Diane Feinstein’s office a hotbed of Chinese spies.
7. Wuhan Virus Update – Are you feeling “played” yet?
   1. The WHO (UN agency dominated by China) now says the Daily Infection Rate has dropped 30% over the last three weeks and Johns Hopkins’ seven day rolling average of infections is down 40%. But only 8% of the world’s population has been vaccinated.  Was Biden being installed as faux President the cure?
   2. Now the DM’s say that even once vaccinated Americans must continue to wear masks, practice social distancing, etc. Eventually everyone will ignore the DMs.

Confirming the Deep State exists, the DM oligarchy of powerful government officials and CEO’s,  Biden-Harris is blocking the release of the declassified “Russian Collusion” documents.  The DMs would get hammered by them.  Similarly, the pontifications of Treasury Secretary Yellen are disinformation – the $1.9 Trillion Wuhan Virus bill is just a bailout of Democratic states and funds the CCP/DMs’ wish list.  But the DMs and the Biden partnerships with the CCP will benefit.

Business conversations today sound similar to those at the peak of every business cycle over the last 48 years.  It is eerie.   Our faux leaders are focused on obtaining power and wealth because of their positions and The Fed is funding the deficit spending orgy by buying USA debt and mortgages, called Quantitative Easing (QE) which is a euphemism for “Really Stupid”.

Your early warning “canary in the mine” is the 10-year Treasury.  Last week it touched 1.17% up from 0.65% at the time of the fraudulent election because knowledgeable foreign investors are fleeing.   They know that no government can fund everything for everyone.  The proper role of government is to foster economic growth and then live within the revenue generated by reasonable taxes.  DMs are unable to grasp that reality so we Clingers Deplorables Chumps will pay dearly but the Global Elites will be fine.

Expect increased foreclosures and bankruptcies to hit the real estate and the financial markets.  The current land market – the commercial land market is soft, industrial land will soften under Bide-Harris, residential land is a bubble, and the rural land market is active but price sensitive. Fear is keeping a record $5.9 Trillion in cash in insured bank accounts.  This is the time to increase liquidity.

2021 – Let the Games Begin           

Sifting is the First Step of a Christian Secession:

This past weekend, we watched a great flick, “Dark Waters”.  Excellent acting and direction, it tells the riveting story of DuPont and their Teflon plant in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The hero is Rob Bilott, an environmental attorney with a law firm in Ohio. There are numerous superb scenes in the drama, but I felt that two are quite applicable to the USA today.

The first is when Rob Bilott presents to his fellow law firm partners the facts he has uncovered about DuPont, Teflon, and its impact on the folks in Parkersburg. Because the facts contradict EVERY ONE of their basic assumptions about life, the partners are in total disbelief that Rob wants to sue Dupont when their law firm and livelihood is based on defending chemical companies. The Managing Partner is a true American patriot in that scene.

The second scene which was most meaningful to me was when Rob had negotiated a “half a loaf is better than none” settlement for his clients with DuPont but is informed while he is at dinner with his family that DuPont is going to withdraw from the agreement. Beyond distraught, Rob shouts to his wife (I am not precisely quoting) “Not even the government is going to help us. We are in this all by ourselves!”.

I experienced the first scene when I was researching what happened during the 2020 Election.  I had the facts, we are witnessing a coup, but no one wants to believe the facts because they are so foreign to the USA “norm”.  The second scene is identical to what I estimate to be 100 Million adult Americans now know- their government, politicians and bureaucrats, along with the major media are corrupt.  We, the majority, are in this … all by ourselves.

The good news:

1. We are the majority. My guesstimate is that Trump received close to 100 Million votes versus Biden receiving perhaps 50 Million.
2. A Demented Marxist (DM) journalist traveled to the mid-west looking for Trump supporters turned off by the events in DC on January 6. In her article she said she did not find any. However, she did find people who voted for Biden Harris and regretted doing so. Her conclusion – Trump’s base is growing.
3. Among the numerous conservatives being attacked by the media is Mike Lindell, the founder of My Pillow. One of the most remarkable things I saw last spring was Mr. Lindell’s Christian Witness in the Rose Garden when he announced one of his manufacturing plans was being shifted from producing pillows to PPE. He then gave his witness as to how Jesus had rescued him from being a homeless drug addict to having a successful company and thanked President Trump for his leadership during the pandemic.  The DM’s went ballistic. In January both Facebook and Google banned him because of his support of Trump.  Last week, Mr. Lindell issued a press release asking for patience as his company works to fill orders because his company is overwhelmed.
4. Combine this with the hit Twitter has taken after banning Trump and the massive decline Fox has taken since being bought by Disney and turned into another Democrat propaganda machine. It will be interesting to see if Fox’s hiring Trump staffers will turn around its viewership.  My bet is no.  I expect Disney stock to take a well-deserved hit.
5. Some truth is leaking out as one news report exposed how Obama:
   1. Was the first Administration to encourage/allow foreign virology researchers from China and other regimes opposed to the USA to have access to our bioweapon labs in positions paid for by the American Taxpayer;
   2. Fauci via his government position funded the Wuhan Bioweapon lab and encouraged the research there of the bat virus that is the Wuhan Virus.
   3. Consistency is a virtue.

Meantime, the faux president has now issued 43 Executive Orders which combined with the National Guard in DC, we are well along the way to a dictatorship.  Pelosi has bills before the House to consolidate the Demented Marxist (DM) power – violating the Constitution to make DC a state to get some more DM Senators, make legal the illegal voting methods of the coup, stack the Supreme Court, and spend USA taxpayer dollars to pay the debts of DM controlled states like Illinois California, and New York so they escape pain from fiscal mismanagement.

Christian Secession – is the idea in alternative media of Christians building their own economy. The concept is to only do business with companies who are Christian in their beliefs as displayed by their actions.  If the Majority, those the DM’s call Clingers Deplorables and Chumps, follow thorough with this idea it will capture the force of capitalism to drive political change.

The targets include the five techie companies that are monopolies and using that power to cancel, ban, and censor conservative thought – Facebook, Amazon, Google, Apple, Twitter (FATGA).  The capitalistic solution is to encourage competition in the form of Christian companies by eliminating or significantly reducing the money spent with FATGA.  As their stock prices decline their Board of Directors should change management.  Competition is positive.

An illustration that “We are in this alone” is the behavior of Facebook regarding banning conservative doctors warning about the Wuhan Virus “experimental” vaccines.   I believe as adult Americans we have the right to gather information and make an informed personal decision about the vaccines versus pharmaceuticals such as HCQ.  However, Facebook has now banned these two thought provoking videos:

You need to ask yourself – Why ban dissenting thought?  Is it true that Facebook uses an organization aligned with the CCP as their fact checkers? Do you trust Facebook anymore?

Most of my conversations today start with the other party expressing concern about the politics and the economy.  They are related.  When asked my perspective, I share the following:

1. For the first time in history, the vast majority of American adults know their government is corrupt, fraudulently elected, and consider the average American to be a “Chump”.
2. The American economy is not only a Bubble, that Bubble was burst by some of the faux president’s Executive Orders which will lead to a serious economic recession in 2022.
3. With faux leaders focused on getting power and wealth because of their positions, the corrupt government is partnering with our central bank to fund the deficit spending orgy.
4. Unless it is accompanied with sustained rapid economic growth, that combination ALWAYS ends with (a) massive inflation and (b) economic collapse.
5. Venezuela in 1990 was rich and exporting food with 1 Bolivia roughly equal to 1 Dollar. Today, 1 Million Bolivia equals 1 Dollar and the average Venezuelans are starving.
6. The mixture of severe economic pain and a lack of consent by the governed is a volatile mixture. Will 25,000 National Guard be able to protect Pelosi’s designer ice cream?

The canary in the mine is the 10-year Treasury.  It has now moved from 0.65% at the time of the election to 1.013% despite The Fed’s massive Quantitative Easing (QE) which is The Fed buying Treasuries and mortgages to the tune of $120 Billion per MONTH.  Foreign capital is exiting the USA because investors recognize the train wreck of stagflation being created by Biden/Harris.  When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, that will be another crisis but currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

Next month we will begin to measure the economic impact of the Wuhan Virus shutdown as foreclosures and bankruptcies begin to hit the real estate and the financial markets.  Foreclosures are beginning to happen. It has been estimated that in metro Richmond there are $330 Million in commercial loans on hotels alone that are nonperforming.

2021 – Something Big is Still Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

The End … or, The Beginning?

On Monday, January 25, 2021, Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge ruled that the Virginia Board of Elections illegally adopted a rule in August of 2020 that would have allowed mail in ballots without a postmark to be counted up to three days after the November presidential election.

This decision went unreported in any major media but was a critical decision because it prohibits the activity that occurred in the eight swing states in the recent election AND demonstrates that the behavior in those swing states was illegal.  In other words, Trump actually won those eight states and therefore the election.

About seven months ago when data points indicated that something momentous was occurring, we began this series of blogs.  During this historic period, we have moved from a feeling of concern about the data pattern, to dread, then to despair at witnessing evil appear to prevail, and now to the realization that today marks a Beginning not an End.

Unexpected was my increase in admiration for President Donald Trump.  The incessant, slanted, unfounded attacks on him and his family by the media, political establishment, and the federal government bureaucracy referred to as The Deep State were unforgivable.  Yet President Trump accomplished more in four years than any other president accomplished in eight years.  In fact, he made those previous presidents look like kindergarteners compared to a real man.

In my opinion, here are the five most important items he accomplished in his term:

• He made honorable peace not war. – His five Mideast peace treaties were not based on bribing the participants with American taxpayer money. Historic. No new wars were started.
• He returned America to a position of strength both by funding the reconstruction of our military destroyed by an America hating Obama and enabled America to be energy independent with the Keystone Pipeline plus the rejection of the totally idiotic and financially damaging to Americans, the Paris Green Energy Accord.
• He enabled the American middle class to have hope that middle class jobs and income would return by renegotiating flawed treaties like NAFTA into the USMCA and confronting the Global Elites who prefer China continuing to hollow out America in return for cheap stuff at Walmart.
• He got the 2017 Tax Act passed which is so brilliant one has to wonder how it ever made it through Congress. Of course, the Republicans did control Congress in 2017.
• Most important, He displayed how a real leader cares about the average Joe and Jane in America. He is the only President in my life that lost money serving in that office while suffering abuse thereby exposing the horrendous level of corruption in DC. In fact, he cared so much for Americans that he suffered four years of every abuse the Demented Democrat Marxists and their propaganda machine could fling at him including sedition by Obama, Biden, and their lapdogs in the federal bureaucracy and media.  President Trump by comparison those who attacked him appear as shallow, cutout, caricatures of humans.

The best measurement of the envy of his opponents is that:

1. He suffered two “Impeachments for Giggles” which served only to expose the Democrats as being demented by their lust for power and the wealth received from selling influence.
2. Because his votes exceeded the Demented Marxists (DM) forecasts, the 2020 vote fraud had to be huge and hurried so it became obvious to anyone who looked at the facts.

What the DM’s have not fully taken into account despite the use of 25,000 National Guard solders posted to DC to preserve their fraudulent positions is that the vast majority of adult Americans now know:

1. The horrendous level of corruption in our government.
2. The Anti – American corruption in the media and some technology companies.
3. Our American economic system is being destroyed by various Anti-American groups.

Our Constitution establishes that our government exists solely “with the consent of the governed.”  Does the absence of an honest election therefore mean the absence of consent?   If a fraudulent election means a fraudulent government, are decisions made by a fraudulent government worthless?  The DM seem to be in control because they are sitting in the various chairs of government.

But now that the majority realizes the extent of the corruption in DC and the position of the DM’s and Global Elites, the amazing power of capitalism is unleashed.  The first casualty was Disney which has suffered the loss of enormous wealth buying Fox and turning it into a propaganda mill.  Twitter has taken a serious financial hit. Watch Apple, Google, Facebook, and Amazon take hits.  In that vein, our new series starting next week will be entitled – “Game On”.

I did not invest any time in Biden’s faux installation ceremony in a tin dictatorship setting.  His call for “Unity” became empty words when he signed his first Executive Orders.  Unlike Trump who was a man of his word, when dealing with DMs watch their actions because their words are like the misdirection used by magicians.

The most important happening on January 20 was that Biden burst the economic bubble of the USA economy with his Executive Orders.  Beginning in 2022 there will be a serious recession.  The DMs led by the same academics that failed during Obama’s reign will try to keep the party going by forcing more sugar into the USA economy with accommodation by The Fed continuing to do their massive Quantitative Easing (QE).  Among the signs of nervousness among the faux Administration was Janet Yellen’s comment about wanting a strong American Dollar.  That implies higher interest rates which is another seed of a Recession.

Canceling the Keystone Pipeline was another enormous mistake.  Among its negative effects will be the elimination of our recent energy independence under President Trump.  Biden’s desire to return to the Paris Green Energy Accord will initially cost the USA $1 Trillion.  But the combination of these two quite stupid actions will initially mean higher gas prices (increasing inflation and diminishing household money to be spent elsewhere) and then higher electricity prices.  More seeds of a Recession.  The Biden Harris Recession will combine with inflation, a condition known as Stagflation (a stagnant economy with inflation). The Fed has no bullets left so there is no calvary to send.   The middle class (DMs do not care about Clingers, Deplorables, and Chumps) will take another hit and the Recession will have to burn itself out.   Depression?

The next time some idiot suggests that Green Energy is best for us, remind them that Germany took the bait for Green Energy via the Paris Accords which resulted in their electricity prices increasing by 400% and Brownouts.  Germany is now building coal fired electricity generating plants to obtain a stable source of electricity.  The DMs want us to follow Germany.  Really?

2021 – Something Big is Still Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

Demented Marxists:

It was fascinating to watch elected officials commonly called politicians, from both parties, actually demand that the 2020 election be audited, the problems corrected, and a new election held.  One eloquently stated, “If we can put a man on the Moon, we can build an election system that is honest and the standard for the world!”  There was raucous applause as another shouted “Honest elections are so important to the American dream that they are more important than which party wins!”.  More applause and shouts of support. Then I awoke.  It had been a dream.

Our reality is that the Demented Marxists (forgive my redundancy) have now turned Washington, DC into a fortress manned by 25,000 National Guardsmen who are authorized to use deadly force.  Restated, the Capital of the United States of America which for almost 250 years has been a beacon of freedom to the entire world now resembles the capital of a “Tin Dictatorship”.  Do the Demented Marxists (DM) feel the need for protection?

I belly laughed when I heard that the DM led by Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden Harris et al have the FBI doing background checks on all of the National Guard members currently in DC.  My initial thought was perhaps the DM should have called in the Keystone Cops. Then I realized that paranoia is consistent with being a thief and they will always be looking over their shoulder even among fellow thieves.  Do you think the DM’s realize that the vast majority of adult Americans which the DM’s denigrate as Clingers, Deplorable, and Chumps believe that the DM’s stole the 2020 election?  What is the line that divides vote fraud and treason?

My final thought was that the least of the DM’s serious problems is the official 74 Million Americans that know they were screwed.  The greatest problem for the DM’s is that they violated the 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, and 10^th Commandments given us by God.  You remember Him, the Creator of the universe and everything in it.  No one is perfect and I have made some regrettable decisions.  We Christians are not perfect, just forgiven.  The DM’s will persecute Christians, but I want to stand with God not oppose Him.  The DMs are about to understand.

Senator McConnell and other faux leaders have stated that Trump lied to his followers about fraud.  However, since November 4, 2020, among the videos I have watched are those of:

1. Four women in Atlanta pulling suitcases from under their worktables, extracting a stack of paper, and then running that same stack through the vote tabulating machines repetitively until the early morning of November 4. No fraud?
2. Two different cyber warfare experts testifying that they monitored the connection of the Dominion Voting System machines to foreign countries including China on November 3 and 4 watching the foreign servers alter the vote counts. No fraud?
3. Testimony of multiple people who were involved in delivering and processing fraudulent ballots on November 3 and 4. No fraud?
4. The Georgia State Senators hearing where an expert paused, looked at his phone and stated “My team in now hacked into your Dominion Voting machines.” No fraud?
5. The mathematician whose analysis of the data showed that the Dominion Voting Machines were programed to deduct from Trump 30% of his votes and increase Biden’s votes by 30% and suggested that Trump blew the Democrats algorithms so the fraud became blatant as the DM’s had so many move around fraudulent ballots. No fraud?

1. Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Apple combined to shut down most conservative websites, pages, and streams of information. Twitter banned Trump and anyone close to him.  The Main Stream Media delivered fake news not the videos listed above.
2. Amazon, Google, Apple shut down Parler, the conservative Twitter, purging from the internet a huge amount of information about the voter fraud.
3. The National Association of REALTORS issued a notice to its members that if we Publicly or PRIVATELY make any statements against BLM, LBTQ, etc. we will be expelled for an ethic violation and subject to a fine of $15,000. Freedom of Speech?

Last summer the DM’s referred to National Guard units as Nazi’s if there was a discussion about calling them to quell the riots in our cities that were in flames.  Now the DM’s in DC and Richmond celebrated their control of the government by quickly erecting black chain link fences around the capital in those cities and brought in National Guard units to “protect” the DMs.

All of this brings clarity to:

1. Obama’s statement he would “Transform America”. He did, to a third world country.
2. Peter Strzok and his mistress’s comments about being able to “smell the Trump supporters” consistent with the Elitist attitude shown by Obama, Clinton, and Biden using the words “Clingers, Deplorables, and Chumps” to describe the majority of Americans.

Since I am not one of the DM, I do not have the accurate numbers.  Based upon what I read and heard, my sophisticated wild guess is that on November 3, 2020, Trump probably received 85-90 M votes and Biden probably received 50 – 60 M votes.  I seriously doubt that Biden carried a single state.  If that is correct, the following summarizes our situation:

1. It makes sense to turn the capitals into a fortress because the “faux leaders” would feel the need for protection from the MAJORITY that voted AGAINST them.
2. If the Dominion Voting System remains in place, will there be future honest elections?
3. The Faux Impeachment (Impeachment for Giggles II, the sequel) made no pretense of serious deliberation an impeachment should see. It was pure DM drama for fake news.

The USA is an economic Bubble with Biden Harris and the DM’s holding the pin.  Last week there were more warning signs in both the bond and stock markets.  The interest rate on the 10-year Treasury continues around 1.1%.  Still historically low, it is a significant increase in a few weeks and approaching double the interest rate at the time of the election.  The two most important facets of the increase are: First, the rates increased in the face of unprecedented Quantitative Easing (QE) by The Fed as they work to keep interest rates low to stimulate the economy.  Second, the residential market is the ONLY real estate segment that is strong.

The amount of foreign capital leaving the USA must be massive.  International investors recognize the train wreck of stagflation that is about to be created under a Biden/Harris administration.  That is why the U. S. Dollar continues to fall against most currencies.  When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, that will be another crisis but currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

As the DM/’s turn the USA into a large Venezuela, focus on the economic impacts to make good investment decisions.  A Biden Harris administration implementing their campaign platform – increased tax rates and government regulations plus continued massive increases in our national debt from unproductive government spending is a prescription for economic disaster.  Two key dates:

1. April 2021 – Our economy will quantify the economic impact of the Wuhan Virus shutdown as foreclosures and bankruptcies begin to hit the real estate and financial markets. The ripple effects will be impressive to watch but painful.
2. Summer 2022 – This is probably when the Biden Harris Recession hits combined with inflation. That is a condition known as Stagflation, a stagnant economy with inflation.  The Fed has no bullets left so there is no calvary to send to rescue the bedrock American consumer, the Middle Class.  Any recession will have to burn itself out.  A Depression?

The current land market – commercial land is soft and industrial land will soften under Biden since there will be little re-shoring of our industries back to the USA as folks like Hunter Biden profit from selling our remaining industries to China. Residential land is a bubble, and rural land is price sensitive. The amount of cash sitting on the sidelines is at a record $5.9 Trillion because in an insured bank account the principle is preserved.  It as a “Reflection of Fear.”  Increased fear is a negative for economic growth.

God is in control.  Focus on the fact that men may make plans, but God always wins.

2021 – Something Big is Still Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

Capitalism and Credibility:

Happy New Year.   Normally, I see a New Year as a clean slate but this one is quite messy. We are living in an historic time and while my seat may be in the cheap section, I am inside the theatre. A favorite Yogi Berra quote is “It is not over until the fat lady sings” and even with my hearing aids I do not hear her warming up.

Last March I wrote in this blog that because of capitalism the pandemic would create a lot of new companies and jobs producing new products to address the Wuhan Virus. Over the holiday I did some research about Ultraviolet Light (UV) products for HVAC systems. Wow! I was expecting a few but there are so many I have not yet finished going through the alternatives. There are multiple free standing portable units, handheld units, light fixtures, and units that attach to your HVAC system. I love capitalism!

The next new products to watch for will be news media that provide unbiased coverage and facts. Until 2019 when Disney acquired it, FOX NEWS had a market share of at least 50%.  Being a global company heavily indebted to China, Disney changed management which altered their target market leaving the conservative segment they controlled to focus on the liberal market segment already divided among CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. who are the equivalent to Pravda. That provides a new definition of the word “Stupid”.

Fox News viewership has plummeted below the previous laggard CNN (no one watches CNN) thus destroying a lot of market value. Giving up a lock on market share for political reasons is a classic bad decision. I expect the Disney stock to correct down. If the USA remains a capitalistic country, I look forward to the new media companies that will evolve. OAN and Newsmax have the lead but others are coming.

Thinking about this evolution in the media made me realize that in my 48+ years of brokerage and the effort to obtain an MBA, I have never seen a formula to determine the value of “Credibility”. Credibility is extremely fragile. Once destroyed it can never be fully regained.  Credibility has a huge influence on our decisions. Perhaps it is priceless. Yes, it is priceless.

That makes the apparent decisions of the Democratic Party quite interesting. We have all laughed at “Republicans that die in Chicago begin to vote Democratic”. Perhaps the fraud went high tech a decade ago. That would explain why Hillary felt she won, because the fix was in but not sufficient to overcome Trump. Did something similar happen in 2018 when the Republicans retained the Senate disrupting the “Impeach Trump” movement resulting in the “Impeachment for Giggles”?

The data suggests that in 2020 Trump got more votes than the Democrats expected hence the panic and resulting blatant vote fraud the evening of November 3 and morning of November 4.   No one can deny an amazing amount of fraud occurred – there are videos and thousands of signed and notarized affidavits.

It does appear the Democratic Party combined the Dominion Voting Systems with printed fraudulent “mail in” ballots (printed in Chinese and in Michigan). The “Swing States” were the most obvious but every state using Dominion Machines has good reason to question the accuracy and honesty of the election, including Virginia. In the process the Democrat Party has clearly defined their use of the derogatory words “Clingers”, ‘Deplorables”, and “Chumps” to describe their attitude for the average American Joe and Jane who live in “Jesus Land”.

Contemplation of the fact that “Actions speak louder than words” leads me to the following questions:

1. Is the Democratic Party’s vision for the USA a country controlled by Global Elites of a few politicians and our largest international companies (Face Book, Disney, Wall Street banks, the largest media companies, etc.) in effect an Oligarchy such as exists in Russia and China?
2. Clearly Biden has become wealthy on a government salary. Since Harris is reported to have some financial interests in some of the same Chinese ventures, along with many other politicians, just how compromised are they?
3. How do the Marxist Democrats fit into that equation? It appears the Marxist street turmoil was successful in intimidating judges and police departments to not doing their jobs regarding the ballot fraud. Never have I seen so much evidence with no action like a Sargent Shultz of “Hogan’s Heroes” denial… “I know (see) noth-ink”.
4. The Democrat Party is used to the conservative Christians turning the other cheek thus allowing the Democrats to walk all over them. This time the fraud is so blatant (in my travels that is the word repeatedly being used), will that happen again? NO because this was a Tipping Point. Did you see the huge cross erected at the Capitol and hear that the protestors stormed the capitol on January 6?  Pay attention to BOTH events.
5. Read last week’s blog about the trends over the last 30 years. Since none of these are positive for the USA economy, how much damage will be done?

Clearly a Biden Harris Administration would be a Clinger Deplorable Chump vs the Global Elites contest. My personal analysis – if there is a Biden-Harris Administration it is going to be a really ugly experience and any remaining Democrat Credibility will be destroyed never to be regained. History may judge this election as a “Won the battle but lost the war” event.

Now add into our discussion the fact that all investment markets in the USA economy are a massive bubble. Trump’s obvious plan of rapid economic growth to increase the GDP and thereby increase the tax receipts to service the national debt without raising the tax rates is the only positive choice. The campaign platform of Biden which includes increased tax rates and government regulations plus continued massive increases in our national debt from unproductive government spending all of which are a prescription for economic disaster. Think Venezuela.

Do not forget that this April we will be able to quantify the economic impact of the Wuhan Virus shutdown as foreclosures and bankruptcies begin to hit the real estate and financial markets. I believe the USA economy will stagger but not fall. However, the HIGHEST probability under a Biden Harris Administration is that all of the bubbles burst at once probably in 2022. The Fed is already doing 50% more QE than they did in The Great Recession and interest rates are already too low. That means there is no calvary to send to rescue the Clingers, Deplorables, Chumps that are the bedrock American consumer. Any recession will have to burn itself out. A Depression?

In business conversations I continue to hear fear on the part of some businessmen and caution on the part of some buyers. Those are also reflected in the global movement of capital which always seeks the best combination of financial return and safety. Currently global capital is leaving the USA resulting in the yield of the 10-year Treasury approaching 1%. The U. S. Dollar continues to fall against most currencies. When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, that will be another crisis but currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

My greatest concern – the Wuhan Virus panic, the street violence, and the fraudulent election combined with politicians and judges being compromised is the historic Marxist formula for taking over a country. Marxism is the greatest risk because it is reversed only with bullets.

2020 – Something Big is Afoot.  Are You Prepared?          

Education is Always Expensive:

The end of a calendar year is a great time to reflect on what happened the previous 12 months.  My reflection about 2020 led me to a list that is quite different than previous years.  A very long list, here are just a few of the items:

1. How much I missed being with my church family.
2. How much I missed my trip to see Spring Training baseball games.
3. How much I missed going to the beach, the family activities there, etc.
4. How much I hate to wear my Xi Mask.
5. How irritating it is to have to deal with a mask, hearing aids, and glasses because they are competing for the limited real estate located behind my ears.
6. How nine months can feel like five years.
7. How capitalism has already created many new products to deal with the Wuhan Virus, UV antivirus products, etc.
8. Working remotely has forced me to improve my time management.
9. Working remotely has forced me to learn a lot of new technology.
10. How to meet with clients and potential clients via teleconference and conference calls.
11. What it feels like to be one of 10 people working in an 80,000 square foot office building.
12. How odd it is to see TV pictures of empty streets in major American cities like New York during the workday.
13. How much the Antifa black shirts resemble the Brownshirts in Germany in the 1930’s.
14. A renewed appreciation for the brilliance of our Founding Fathers.

Looking at my entire list, I realized they all go under the heading of “Education”.  The consistent attribute of Education is that it is always expensive.  Never free.  That was true in 2020.  Hopefully, in 2021 some of these new talents and experiences will pay dividends.  There are others I hope to discard.

A recurring blessing is Christmas.  Even though this year Christmas was quite different, the constant was the affirmation that God is in control and only in retrospect do we understand His way.  In the continuum of history, there have been and always will be men and women who think they are in control because they have achieved some specific position of power or level of wealth.  Typically, they worship those two gods, power and money.  It never ends well when humans deceive themselves into believing they are god.  Read 2 Kings and it will sound familiar.

This year it seemed like I was living in a spy thriller novel.  Totally Surreal.  We did witness some miracles like Operation Warp Speed getting vaccines developed and distributed in less than one year. But then there were occurrences like the Christmas Day Nashville explosion billed as a terrorist attack by a terrorist concerned about human life but then died in the explosion?  One video I watched slowed the event down and the initial explosion clearly came OUT of the AT&T data center (the building across the street), not the RV.  Every picture I have seen of the aftermath of a vehicle bomb, there is a crater, not in Nashville.  The report that the FAA closed the air space above Nashville is curious.  Just another weird event or a significant event per a plan that we Clingers, Deplorables, and Chumps do not yet understand?

I understand economics so let us switch to six data points I have witnessed over my career:

1. Definition – Mercantile State (MS) – A country whose government creates and owns the means of production on a scale that allows it to gain a monopoly in the production of goods because it can destroy capitalistic companies in other countries by producing goods at a loss until the MS is the only producer.
2. Comparative Advantage – An economic theory that each country should focus on producing those goods that they are best suited to produce and acquire the goods produced by other countries that are better suited to produce the other goods because the unit price will be lower.
3. Failure of Comparative Advantage – This economic theory fails when applied without regard that the cultural and moral values of the “other country” are different than your country such as when they create a Mercantile State that wants to dominate the world. In that event the theory of Comparative Advantage is null and an enemy is strengthened.
4. For the last 30 years I have watched an estimated 55,000 to 60,000 American factories close and be shipped to China. That cost an estimated 15 MILLION middle class jobs.  Presidents, both Republican and Democrat, have calmed the concerns of the USA middle class that was being wiped out by saying it was best for everyone to engage the Chinese economically.  Those Americans striving for blue collar middle class were told to be happy with $15 per hour jobs and no benefits because they would be able to buy cheap things at Walmart.
5. As a result, Americans have been negatively affected because the lack of middle-class employment opportunities have led to a massive increase in welfare, drug abuse, etc. Trump is the first President to champion we middle class Americans the other consider Clingers, Deplorables, and Chumps because we were not members of the Global Elite.
6. There is something seriously wrong when Congress passes a Virus Relief Bill that is almost 6,000 pages long (it would take me longer than a couple of hours to read that many pages, but that was the time between the distribution of the proposed act and the vote on it), includes $900 Billion America does not have, and sends $600 Billion to foreign countries, raises congressional salaries by over $50,000 per year, and sends Americans $600 per person. Clingers, Deplorables, Chumps indeed.

Meantime. the USA economy is a massive bubble – stocks, bonds, and real estate.  Trump’s obvious plan is the only positive way forward is rapid economic growth to increase the GDP and thereby increase the tax receipts to service the national debt without raising the tax rates.  The alternative that is the campaign platform of Biden which includes increased tax rates and government regulations plus continued massive increases in our national debt from unproductive government spending which is a prescription for economic disaster.   Therefore, the level of risk to our economy is increasing.

The worst-case scenario for our economy is that all of those bubbles burst at once.  I rate that as the highest probability under Biden.  The Fed is already doing 50% more QE than they did in The Great Recession and interest rates are already too low.  That means there is no calvary to send to rescue the Clingers, Deplorables, Chumps.  Any recession will have to burn itself out.

In business conversations I am hearing fear on the part of some sellers and caution on the part of some buyers.  Those are also reflected in the global movement of capital which always seeks the best combination of financial return and safety.  Currently global capital is leaving the USA resulting in the yield of the 10-year Treasury approaching 1%.  The U. S. Dollar continues to fall against most currencies.  When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, that will be another crisis but currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

We continue to share with our clients the following scenario for a Biden – Harris Administration:

1. Until June 2021, the USA economy is already baked – challenges this spring but good.
2. However, nine to twelve months after the passage of the first Biden platform item is a Recession. Assuming Biden Harris begin passing their agenda in the second quarter of 2021, the recession will hit the second quarter of 2022.
3. The more items on the Biden- Harris platform that become law, the worse that recession:
4. Since the Fed is tapped out, the greatest probability is the Recession will be SEVERE. You need to think about a Depression that will last years.
5. THE BEST STRATEGY – Sell in the Bubble and Buy in the Recession.

It is amazing how little the world has changed since my Lord and Savior arrived 2,020 years ago in a Bethlehem stable.  We humans still spend too much time and energy chasing power and money, trying to play God.

My sincere hope is that you and your family will focus on the reason for this season, Jesus the Christ.  Feel free to join me in praying for a global revival of Christianity.

2020 – Something Big is Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

Living on Bubbles:

Every teenager has an experience with unrequited love.  You meet a member of the opposite sex who you think is perfect, the absolute Love of your life.  Unfortunately, their feelings for you are less intense or non- existent.  Either is a crushing experience.  It is an asymmetrical relationship.

In the business world, asymmetric information in a business deal usually can be very beneficial to one party but at the expense of the other party.  Insider trading in the stock market is illegal because of the asymmetry of information.  While not all situations with asymmetry in information are illegal, they are all VERY dangerous.

Our Democratic Republic requires BOTH an informed citizenry and honest elections.  Without both, our system fails.  The lack of an unbiased media makes it impossible to know what is fact versus fiction because it creates an asymmetric relationship and it does impact the economy.

Here is a summary of what I know:

1. The documents declassified last fall demonstrated that Obama, Biden, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, and Powers all met in July of 2016 to discuss the fact that Clinton’s campaign was going to use a Russian Collusion Hoax directed at Trump to take heat off of her computer server/email scandal.
2. The same group (Loretta Lynch had left, replaced by Sally Yates as Acting AG whose notes of the meeting were released) met again in December 2016 after Trump won, to plot how to use the same hoax to undermine the incoming Trump administration. According to Yates’s notes it was Joe Biden that suggested using the Logan Act to attack General Mike Flynn.  An asymmetry of information, was that Sedition?
3. Thereafter the Democrats demanded the Department of Justice appoint Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate Trump for Russian Collusion KNOWING IT WAS A HOAX, and destroyed an innocent man, General Flynn, KNOWING IT WAS A HOAX. They wasted $30 Million of taxpayers’ money KNOWING IT WAS A HOAX.
4. The largest American media companies perpetuated the HOAX for almost three years.
5. How much do you trust the Democrats or the largest media? Should you?
6. Because the major media are blatant in their bias, many Americans are ill informed about the recent election and various facets of what is occurring. Here is a test:
   1. Did you see the video of the Voter Registrar in Coffey County, Georgia that demonstrated the Dominion Voting System was prone to fraud?
   2. Are you aware that Georgia and Michigan officials tried to prevent the Dominion Voting machines from being audited? Why, if everything is honest?
   3. Did you see the video of the four ballot counters in Atlanta that stayed after the center was “closed”, pulled suitcases from under the table, retrieved ballots, and repeatedly scanned the same stack of ballots through the Dominion machines for three hours?
   4. Are you aware of the report that an audit of Antrim County Michigan Dominion Voting machines showed they were programmed for an illegally high rejection rate requiring a third party to decide the vote?
   5. Did you see the presentation of the retired cyber warfare Colonel who monitored the election and testified that the Dominion machines were being manipulated by foreign servers plus he had intercepted the packets of instructions from the servers to the Dominion voting machines?

I could go on but suffice it to say I am watching two absolutely opposing streams of data.  While I am not knowledgeable enough to predict which data stream will prevail, I am knowledgeable enough to know this is an extremely dangerous situation, the most serious asymmetry of information I have ever witnessed.  We are not discussing keeper marbles or a teenage crush.  We are talking about a clash between starkly different opposing visions about the USA.  All I want is honest elections and unbiased media!

Asymmetries of information always end badly for someone.  As I shared last week, Biden’s nominees for his cabinet believe China is the Hegemon and want to profit from the transition to the New World Order (NOW) espoused by Obama, Kerry, Biden, et al.  Based on the Burisma Report of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, continuing the trend of selling the remaining parts of the USA to China per the NWO, the USA will become like Venezuela, a vassal of China.

Just this week, one reader called me to share their child’s experience of being warned by their superb boss to leave a State Department job in DC because he chuckled at a presentation of the Critical Race Theory which says all White folks are bad.  He resigned; the USA lost.  One data point only marks a trend when it conforms with multiple other data points.  This is a trend.

As Hegemon, the values of the world would reflect those of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) such as busing the leaders of the Hong Kong freedom fighters to Re-Education Camps where they will join millions of Chinese Muslims being” re-educated” until their organs are harvested for sale.  Did you see the heart-rending videos of the student leaders of the Hong Kong freedom demonstrations when they were put on prison buses to be sent to those Re-Education camps?  My response, “Live Free or Die.”  All I want is honest elections and unbiased media!

2020 – Something Big is Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

This is the United States of America. We sent men to the moon so we can design and implement a system that ensures honest elections. Honest elections are the single requisite to legal government and the foundation of our country. Dishonest elections mean an illegal government.

C. S. Lewis wrote “When the whole world is running towards a cliff, he who is running in the opposite direction appears to have lost his mind.” We started this series of blogs twenty-two weeks ago when the data points indicated we were headed toward anarchy. The horde is still galloping toward that cliff blinded by a media controlled by companies with business ties with China. Only two independent media companies (OANN and Newsmax) and a lot of independent journalists, despite being periodically banned by Twitter and Facebook, are reporting real data points. Sidney Powell is being opposed by 25 law firms. We are witnessing David vs. Goliath.

As a white male I am a member of the only American segment that is legally, consistently discriminated against even by my government. As a southern male, I am used to Yankees deducting 30 points off my IQ.  As a southern, white male it is the norm for folks outside of the south to assume I am a racial bigot. Neither of those two assumptions are correct. My life experiences mean I belly laugh about accusations of “White Privilege.” Let me explain.

Over 48 years ago I began my real estate brokerage career with a car, a car loan, and $2,500 in my savings account, money I had saved from having a small yardwork business in my college days. I had to live with my parents because I could not afford rent. My goal was to marry a certain young lady and provide for our future family. Thoughts of wealth were tempered by Cat Steven’s song “The Cat in the Cradle”. Real estate brokerage is a tough career. Business success means 60+ hour weeks. There were horrible times when my cash on hand was close to zero and debts loomed. My Lord and Savior got our family though those brutal experiences.

The cost I was willing to pay for success shifted when I stood over the grave of a client who had worked 10 years, 24/7, and died at the age of 44 owning $1 Billion in commercial real estate he had developed with a net worth of $200 Million. Eighteen months later the financial markets collapsed, his estate was worth a negative $100 Million, and his family did not even get his life insurance. Nothing. He had not spent time with his kids who were teenagers.  A total waste.

I spent most of one day with one of the wealthiest men in the world, not an American. He was accompanied by seven “accountants” that always formed a perimeter. Nope, not interested.

There are houses within five miles of my home that are four or five times the size of my home. Some of those folks are acquaintances. They always have the newest and best cars, beach houses, river houses, private planes, etc.  Good for them.

Here is the secret I learned. Instead of focusing on life being unfair, I put my big boy pants on, focused on the talents God gave me, worked to become one of the best, and gave my Lord and Savior the praise for getting me through the horrible times and for the blessings He sent me. Where did I learn this secret? Experience with the Ten Commandments.

Commandment #10 – “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house, your neighbor’s wife, or male or female slave, or ox, or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

Last week, a reader of this blog accused me of White Privilege. I just shared with you my life experience. As a member of the only segment of America that is legally discriminated against, to me White Privilege and BLM are mottos of those who are coveting what someone else worked to achieve rather than focusing on their own God given talents, tasks, and blessings.

Commandment #9 – “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor”.

That does not mean just in a court of law.  If you tell someone you are going to do something, do it. It also means that you cannot abide a dishonest election as we just witnessed. In fact, there are several places in the New Testament where Jesus teaches us that if we witness a sin and do nothing about it, it becomes our sin.  Sorry folks, I have enough already.  Honest elections now!

Commandment #1 – “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery; you shall have no other gods before me.”

Those who put money, possessions, and power in front of God or think they have the right to make decisions that are solely God’s such as about human life (whether preborn, elderly, or in between) have violated the most important Commandment.  That is a bad spot.

The recent election will have a huge influence on the economy and the land market. The Vice Premier of China has stated that prior to Trump the Chinese government exercised influence on our government via Wall Street. That disappeared with Trump as President. However, the Chinese government has provided Biden with many gifts and investments, so they will be able to influence him.  Hunter Biden Laptop and Burisma Report? Will Biden put his money or us first?

Doing my best to separate fact from fiction, the highest probability scenario of this election is:

1. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has bought enormous influence if not control of our politicians and media. Organizations such as M4BL (BLM) have stated that they received training in China on Marxism and tactics.  Some elected officials got rich.
2. The Democrats/CCP have used Dominion Voting machines to influence our elections since 2012. In 2016 Trump overwhelmed the bias in the machines to defeat Clinton. In 2018 some Republican Senator candidates overwhelmed that bias and held the Senate.
3. In 2020 the Democrats/CCP were so focused on winning that their fraud became blatant when Trump’s votes overwhelmed the Democrat/CCP plans. That triggered thousands of American volunteers to put Patriotism ahead of party, report the fraud, “Stop the Steal.”
4. Those that participated in this election fraud include China, Iran, and other countries; international companies like Twitter, Facebook, and media companies with business ties with the CCP, the Democratic Party now dominated by Marxists, some Republicans.
5. We are witnessing an historic event, a spontaneous reaction to massive, planned fraud.

I am not knowledgeable enough to list all the potential legal outcomes or calculate the probabilities, but I understand the economic contrast of the alternatives – Biden vs Trump.  Biden’s nominees for his cabinet believe China is the Hegemon and just want to profit from the transition to the New World Order. The USA will become like Venezuela, a vassal of China.

As Hegemon, the values of the world would reflect those of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) such as busing the leaders of the Hong Kong freedom fighters to Re-Education Camps where they will join 1 million Chinese Muslims being” re-educated” until their organs are harvested for sale.  Is our big media providing you with those facts?  My response, “Live Free or Die.”

Global capital outflow from the USA continues.  As a result, the yield of the 10-year Treasury is approaching 1%, a bad trend since The Fed is doing a record amount of Quantitative Easing (QE), $120 Billion per month.  The U. S. Dollar continues to fall against most currencies.  That negative combination reflects that under Biden/Harris this is going to end ugly for the USA. China recently reported record exports as a sign of strength.  Their economic numbers are never accurate, China is communist.  When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, another crisis.  But currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

We continue to share with our clients the following scenario for a Biden – Harris Administration:

1. Until June 2021, the USA economy is already baked –challenges in the spring but good.
2. However, nine months after the passage of the first Biden platform item is a Recession.
3. The more items on the Biden- Harris platform that become law, the worse that Recession:
4. Since the Fed is tapped out, the greatest probability is the Recession will be SEVERE.

Stocks and bonds are fully priced. The increase in the 10-year Treasuries interest rate means whoever was holding 10-year Treasuries has lost a lot of money.  The amount of cash sitting on the sidelines has increased since March from $4 Trillion to $5.9 Trillion.  In an insured bank account that cash will not earn any return but short term the principle is preserved.

This economic “Bubble” was created by the historic combination of stimuli coursing through our economy.  Per our data bases, in central Virginia the land market is active but price sensitive.  The residential land market is red hot because The Fed is forcing mortgage rates below 3%.  When either The Fed or capital flight out of the USA results in even higher interest rates, the impact on the real estate market will be painful.  Commercial land is in flux and industrial land is softer because under Biden there will be little re-shoring of our industries back to the USA as Hunter Biden and others profit from selling our remaining industries to China.
