2021 – Something Big is Still Afoot.  Are You Prepared?

Warning Signs:

When Alice in “Alice in Wonderland” cried “Curiouser and Curiouser” her experiences were pale compared to what we are witnessing. Unfortunately, instead of a children’s book that can be closed and put on the shelf, we are living this experience. It does give us a better understanding of Obama’s statement of his intent to “fundamentally change America”. He did.

Several vignettes help capture the current “Theater of the Absurd” situation:

• Blame the Abused – Democrats are so much better at political theatre than the Republicans, much less the “Clingers, Deplorables, and Chumps” (CDC). Much has been written about the events on January 6 all blaming the CDC’s. At least 75 Million CDC’s realize that their votes were negated by blatant fraud, that the Democrats and their Marxists allies successfully intimidated all of the judges so they were afraid to hear the cases (they were not “defeated” in court because not one case was ever heard), and even the rush into the Capitol was amazingly timed to negate the hearing of any evidence in that venue.  I am surprised that an even worse event did not occur.
• Pelosi’s Laptop – A source I consider levelheaded stated in a video that Pelosi was upset because her laptop was stolen during the Capitol event. Perhaps that explains the FBI actively chasing down those that entered her office. Apparently, Pelosi’s laptop is more important to the FBI than the well documented vote fraud that negated at least 75 Million American’s votes. The only time the FBI showed interest in the vote fraud was to reclaim the fraudulent ballots in Georgia that were in the possession of the experts auditing them. Then the FBI shredded the ballots. Perhaps the FBI needs another laptop to complete their collection. They have Anthony Werner’s laptop and Hunter Biden’s laptop already.  Do you think that Nancy’s laptop has porn on it as well?  Is the FBI tired of looking at Anthony’s and Hunter’s porn so they need some new material?  Maybe the FBI wants Pelosi’s designer ice cream information so they could enjoy a movie night.
• Pelosi’s Impeachment Light – Nancy is so upset about her laptop that she has had articles of Impeachment prepared for the House to vote on this week. The Demented control the House so it will probably pass. Seems to me that the Democrats have successfully taken a serious event and turned it into a joke among adults in the USA.
• Expel the Republicans – Having worn out Impeachment, Pelosi has threatened to expel from the House those Republicans that voted against certifying Biden. There must be a tipping point in this mess somewhere and I suspect that would be it.
• Virginia’s National Guard in DC – Why? The pictures of the chain link fence and the National Guard sends me a message that the Marxist know they stole the election and therefore are afraid.  Is Northam aware he certified a fraudulent election, so he needs to ensure the inauguration of Biden to cover it up?  Would it be a better use of the National Guard to get the Wuhan Virus vaccine distributed since only 25% of what is available in Virginia has been used.  Inept?  What do you expect from a pediatrician that says it is okay to kill babies?
• Attacks on Free Speech Accelerate – Biden is not installed as President but:
• NAR has issued a decision designed to control the PRIVATE as well as professional speech of REALTORS. Time for a new real estate brokerage organization?  Let me know and I will join.
• Amazon, Apple, and Google combined to shut down Parler, the conservative Twitter that was experiencing rapid growth. Is that collusion?  I am hoping the lawsuit whoever brings ends up owning all three.  Those three need to be broken up but that will not happen with the Marxists in control.
• President Trump had his Twitter account closed.
• Are these warning signs of the Marxist purging the competition?

The warning sign in the economy last week was in the bond market.  The interest rate on the 10-year Treasury has surged up to 1.15%.  That is a low rate in recent history, but it is an approximately 20% increase in a few weeks and almost double the interest rate at the time of the election.

This significant increase in the 10-year Treasury interest rate in the 10 weeks since November 3 was accomplished in the face of The Fed using unprecedented Quantitative Easing (QE) to lower interest rates. The amount of foreign capital leaving the USA must be massive. International investors recognize the train wreck of stagflation that is about to be created under a Biden/Harris administration. That is why the U. S. Dollar continues to fall against most currencies. When global currency traders figure out that the Chinese Yuan is Fool’s Gold, that will be another crisis but currently China is benefiting from capital fleeing the USA.

The new 10-year Treasury interest rate is not high enough to turn off the housing market, but it is approaching the level where that begins. At this level mortgage rates should firm and any increase above a 10-year Treasury interest rate of 1.5% will move mortgage rates upward. Each increase in mortgage rates will decrease the housing sales.

As the Marists plunge us into being a large Venezuela, it is important to focus on the economic impacts so you can make good decisions.  A Biden Harris administration implementing their campaign platform – increased tax rates and government regulations plus continued massive increases in our national debt from unproductive government spending all of which is a prescription for economic disaster.  For planning, keep in mind that currently in Venezuela the annual inflation rate is 40,000% per year and the  middle class has been decimated.

Two benchmarks and a final warning:

1. April 2021 – Our economy will quantify the economic impact of the Wuhan Virus shutdown as foreclosures and bankruptcies begin to hit the real estate and financial markets. The ripple effects will be impressive to watch but painful.
2. Summer 2022 – This is probably when the Biden Harris Recession hits combined with inflation. That is a condition known as Stagflation, a stagnant economy with inflation. The Fed has no bullets left so there is no calvary to send to rescue the Clingers, Deplorables, Chumps that are the bedrock American consumer, the Middle Class.  Any recession will have to burn itself out.  A Depression?
3. Fraudulent Elections – Marxists do not allow honest elections. The 2022 election will be full of fraud with the same Dominion Voting System in place and the Marxists/ Democrats with China determining the outcome.  The middle class will get hammered, again.

The Wuhan Virus panic, the street violence, and the fraudulent election combined with politicians and judges being compromised is the historic Marxist formula for taking over a country.  Marxism is the greatest risk we face because it is reversed only with bullets.

The Current land market – commercial land is in flux and industrial land would soften under Biden since there will be little re-shoring of our industries back to the USA as folks like Hunter Biden profit from selling our remaining industries to China. Residential land is a bubble, and rural land is price sensitive. The amount of cash sitting on the sidelines is at a record $5.9 Trillion because in an insured bank account the principle is preserved.  It as a “Reflection of Fear.”  Increased fear is a negative for economic growth.

Fortunately, God is in control.  Men may make plans, but God always wins.
